Tired this few days as not enough sleep..got lots of work to do & went alot of bowling...Doing free-hand now..after removing my guard,my aimming point is off & i need to recorrect my delieverying posture..
Almost sprained my wrist for the past 2 days..last night got a feel of the delieverying but the end result of the ball is not up to my expectations..hermm...

Nvm about that..i 'm going to post some photos now...haha..hope everything goes well...
